Sometimes it is a slender thread,
Sometimes a strong stout rope...
She clings to one end,
I the other.
She calls it friendship...
I call it hope.

Lois Wyse

Lynn was warm ,sensitive..
caring, maternal, wise and kind...
honest...understanding and firm...when necessary.
These are all qualities
I value in a friend.
Lynn touched my life for a purpose..
She reinforced what I knew I had to do.
She gave me some new tools.
Lynn gave me strength when I was faltering.
God has His reasons for everything..
My life is fuller for having known
~~Lynn~~.
excerpts from a letter of a friend.....

Sometimes God brings special people into our lives.
Lynn and I never met in person...we were e-mail buddies.
Her spirit touched my life in an extraordinary way.
Our lives were woven into the fabric of an especially unique tapestry.
She gave me,
a deeper understanding of motherhood,
and a belief in my worth as a mom
that had been lacking for a long number of years.
Lynn encouraged me in some life changing decisions
that today are
reaping benefits of untold joy.
How I wish I could tell her!
She left this world and unfinished needlepoint,
with stitches left to sew - the hoop still in the fabric...
Saying goodbye
has been one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
I miss you Lynn.....very much.
...from a friend....
